模型制作中的快速成型技術,又稱快速制樣或實體自由形式制造,是一種用材料逐層對基礎制件的制作方法,是集CAD、數控技術、精密機械、激光技術和材料科學與工程等新技術而發展起來的產品設計開發技術。
Rapid prototyping technology in model making, also known as rapid prototyping or solid free form manufacturing, is a method of making basic parts layer by layer with materials. It is a product design and development technology developed by integrating new technologies such as CAD, numerical control technology, precision machinery, laser technology and material science and engineering.
山東快速成型是一種離散、堆積成型的加工技術,其目標是將計算機三維CAD模型快速地轉變為具體物質構成的三維實體模型。快速成型的基本過程是將計算機輔助設計的產品的立體數據(3DModel),經電腦分層離散處理后,把原來的三維數據表層二維平面數據,按特定的成型方法,通過逐點逐面將成型材料一層層加工,并堆積成型。
